Product Updates - 2023 Roundup

Updated: Jan 17

Climate Alpha is thrilled to announce new features and enhancements that will elevate your product experience. Our development team has been working tirelessly to add new features and functionality to the application software, improve its performance, and address any issues raised over the last year. Some of the key updates include:

Our users can now assess the physical risk profile of any location across the globe. With increased demand from our clients, we have expanded our hazard coverage to include a location's susceptibility to heat stress, inland flooding, drought, wildfire, coastal flooding, and hurricane wind.

We have updated our models to incorporate the latest industry standard, Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs) of the Coupled Model Inter-comparison Project 6 (CMIP6). Our team has also worked to increase the performance of the application software tenfold. Exporting & loading data for 100,000+ properties can now be completed in under 2 minutes.

Our Portfolio Analytics tool has been updated to allow users to match the unique informational layers of their investment vehicles using data hierarchies such as investment strategy, fund, fund type, dedicated portfolio or loan pool, deal name, owner/operator, etc.

Portfolio Analytics now feature heat maps as well as other key improvements to the multi-asset and single asset analysis dashboards.
